So now you know.
No matter how much I try to explain what it is like emotionally for those of us who have made aliyah, it is a hopeless task. In the end, it is only those who step off the plane with an “Oleh” sticker on their shirt and an exhausted but happy smile on their faces that can ever truly comprehend the Aliyah experience.
